Oh my gosh! That is a very tall besseae and yes that does look like a mini palm LOL. I don't know if there's anything you can do to fix that. Let's see what others have to say.

This is a bit longer than normal for besseae, but all of them tend to do that in some manner.
Their growth habit is designed specifically for growing on steep cliff faces.....Tough to keep in a pot!

I know some people take the pot, and attach it to a PVC pipe that has 1/4 of the length cut out. They then stuff the whole thing with sphagnum and tie the tall stalks to the sphagnum in the PVC. It kind of looks like a pole.

Should work a treat on your plant.

Hello,

help help..... http://www.smilieportal.de/smilies/frech/1.gif (http://www.smilieportal.de/) this one is flourishing now. What can I do against this and does this harm to the synthetic material pot?

I don't think that it harms the material. Is the palm tree top heavy and does it fall over?

You could try a tree fern pole anchored in the pot and hope the extension roots on it. Tree Fern poles can be found on the Internet. At least it would look better than a PVC pipe.
