Just got two Stanhopea's from Carolina Orchids. one of them looks like it may open any day now. the buds are ernormous. I wonder if Tadd got to ship these out. The big one is King Kong, the other is Stevensonii. I talked with Tom on Thurs. before noon and got my plants today now that's fast work. Ray

Wow that was quick. I can't wait to see the King Kong open. Is that a 'crown point' division name? I wish I had seen which ones he picked out. Is the Stevensonii in bud? Post photos when they open enjoy the scent!

I just ordered some stanhopeas and an acineta from Carolina Orchids. Can't wait to get them! (This is my first order with them)!

The King Kong has Three huge buds which I don't think could get any bigger so it shouldn't be long till they open. He said the stevensonii should spike in the near future and he did say he got me to get it for the scent. I will take Photos when they open. Ray
