Midsomer Murders is a great show except the facts don't extend past the titles. I've watched the show a number of times and get a laugh every time. There are some nice orchids on display though. Shame about the judging.

I just looked at a pic of a purported alba rothschildianum on Tanaka's site a few weeks ago. It was a really poor pic and he did try to digitally enhance it but I still couldn't really get a clear look.

I did tape the show and watched parts of it last night. I am not a British mystery fan so I fast forwarded mainly to the paph parts. Amazing how the plants morphed so much.... perhaps some sort of genetic instability due to some recombinant dna gone wrong?

Anyway thanks for the head's up. It was good for a couple of laughs.

Got the dvd yesterday and I watched it last night really funny stuff!lol

This show was on TV here last night. I've seen it a few times now, still like to get into a few of the plants in the show other than the Paphs.

Hey that show was on in Australia on friday night, I watched it to. It was actually fun to watch........enjoyed it immensely.

Especially the fact the miniature Cymbidium was best in show.

They can make almost anything. A lot comes down to what you want to pay and how good the maker is. I bought some a few years ago (cymbidiums and a Laelia Purpurata) for a friend and they were so real. However the same maker did a lousy job on some harlequin phalaenopsis I asked for a sample flower.

I can get the address for you and you can email them with a picture of what you want and ask for a quote. They will post outside of Thailand

I saw this show recently. It was a silly show and yet I found all their mistakes very entertaining!

Yeah, saw that episode. The yellow roth looked quite fake to me but during the episode they showed a vriety of brassias that looked real and impressive.
