How big's the plant and how many growths, how do u grow it, ie is that a glasshouse set-up u have there.. etc etc

'pologies about the Q's but I have one of these and I just want to know how to keep it alive and how long I have to wait till I get one of those flower-things.

This plant is 1/2 of my original plant about 5yrs old now .the other 1/2 wogged off with rot . this one now has a new growth coming .will take a picture of whole plant tomorrow .
it is had to grow I'm really struggling . when they get that rot it just goes --this plant has flowered for me for 3 yrs now it's not the flowering I have problems with but the growing on .
