I will be there on Friday, and would love to meet you ..it would be a shame to be there, and pass by someone you have chatted with, etc. If a meeting time & place is not feasible, maybe we could wear a SOF button, orchid shirt..something identifying ??? Ideas ?

I'll be there for the whole event. Would love to meet some of you guys. Only bad day for me is Saturday as I plan on attending many of the paph. talks. Personally, I kind of stand out in a crowd. Even a big crowd. Male, long red hair in pony tail, moustache, glasses and if its hot you'll see some of my many tattoos. The bigest problem I see is finding a place to meet. We don't know the lay out so can't pick a spot. Even though I'll be there all week I won't have access to a computer. I don't know how we are going to meet but I'm willing to try.

:D Bob, your description is one of a kind for sure ! You should be easy to ID. I am seriously thinking about making a badge with some of my slipper photos and my name..if you see me please say Hello !! Likespaphs I think said they would have a fairrianum shirt on.
I agree, a meeting place & time will be hard to figure out. We will be coming from the West Coast and plan on getting an early start but I do not know the layout either.

Generally lectures are over at 5 PM. Should we try to make 5 PM a meeting point for SOF every day (at Piping Rock)?

Hmmm. I just checked the WOC agenda and it says sales & show open Wed. I was told Friday ??? So, if the sales & show is open to the general public starting then, I could do the WOC Wed or Thurs. and Tamiami on Friday !:woohoo: So is this correct about the WOC Sales & Show open to the general public starting Wed. ?

That is my understanding. I actually going to be there on Wednesday only for the day. So orchid sales better be open then ;)

It looks like we are going to the WOC on Wed. and Tamiami on Friday. Since we are staying on the West Coast(Bonita Beach), having a day between all the driving will be good. Your probably wondering why we are staying on the Gulf side... we go to Bonita Beach for a week every January :Party:..this year we planned the date around the WOC !!
I will be there at 10:00am or close to it and stay all day :thumbsup: I look forward to meeting everyone !

I have my name badge holder from our previous orchid shows, clerking etc. so it might as well go to good use ! So I will be wearing this at the WOC & Tamiami Show.
