If I list some plants for sale in this topic area, am I allowed to post pictures and prices? Or is that too commercial? I'm just in the considering stages and don't want to offend anyone.

Yes, members can post plants for sale with photos without posting the prices. That can be done through PMs. Members who are commercial vendors are not allowed to post their plant lists for sale here unless they are sponsors/paying advertisers. Thanks for asking!

Hey Ross, thanks for asking - we are a bit remiss in a FAQ on this - you know, when you start a forum, well, we didn't realize all the bases we had to cover and are still learning.
Yes of course you are welcome to post, and photos, definitely!! We just want to restrict price lists for general membership to private messages, I think since we are leaning towards approaching some vendor sponsors, we want to have a distinction. Once we figure out the sponsorship issue, we plan on developing a policy to post in the for sale/trade forum, as this has come up several times recently and we've been hashing out the details, Pete and I.

Thanks for asking, please all, don't be afraid to post your for sale lists, we all want to see them! :D
