I have some seedlings of C. flavum and after one week in refrigerator (below 4C°) some of the buds start growing, but only few buds.

Is dormancy broken?

What can I do?

This are my first seedlings.

It certainly does look like your cyp has broken dormancy. See this thread for more help from a real pro.

That's a nice-looking seedling! It has broken dormancy so it will have to be grown inside for a few months. The link mentioned above talks about how to get it (them) through successfully.
