Fabulous, Lien! Good growing and great photos. I have never delved into Disas, but I do love this species for it's color and shape....can anyone guess what it reminds me of?

How large is the flower, if you don't mind me asking?

Excellent!!!
I've threatened to try growing these...but no one ever has them for sale at shows. I could order one I suppose...but I think I will have to wait and see what's at our auction at the end of the month.
Thanks for sharing, I love these guys!

Lien out of curiosity, How easy/hard are these to grow? Light requirements? How about humidity and size? Are they fragrant?

TADD,

I don't find that that difficult to grow, even though so many people claim they are. I grow them with my Phrags which are under a 400 watt HID (i think). Humidity is around 60-70% and most are in 4 inch pots. I have a few in 6 inch pots. I don't think they're fragrant but i have to admit, i rarely smell any of my flowers!

Thanks, the greenhouse where I volunteer doesn't have any of these, and he has a wide spectrum of plants. I was wondering! I might have to have him get some so I can work with them. Thanks again!
