Bl. Yellow Bird = B. nodosa x Bl. Richard Mueller

Richard Mueller is an important parent in this line of breeding (starry shaped). A lot of its progeny have the same color changing phenomenon. Not sure if it is from B. nodosa or not. Probably is, since Richard Mueller is (B. nodosa x L. milleri). So if you are wondering why Yellow Bird looks like nodosa, that's why!

Picsri,

Excellent shots! This is a very common trait with Richard Mueller crosses. I have a Golden Tang which does the same and blooms 3 times a year. I will try to share similar shots.

Thanks
